The Customer Experience & Analytics team are nuts about ensuring that our customers are exceptionally happy with our product and want to stay with us. We believe in bringing our customers the best service experience possible and we notoriously try to understand the customer’s journey.

Our team consists of three sub-teams: the Customer Service team, the Customer Experience & Insight team and the Analytics team. Whether it’s our Customer Service team who are gathering and communicating the voice of our customers or our Analytics team who are shaping and moulding the ever flowing stream of data into actionable business information. Or whether it’s our  Customer Experience -and Insight experts who love to understand what makes our customer tick and put a great effort into analyzing customer behavior, we all strive towards a common goal - to create a great customer experience
