Technical Operations Agent

The position

As a Technical Operations Agent you will work with the quality review of all of our products, such as Viaplay, Viafree and Viasat. Your main focus is to make sure we deliver the best experience possible to our customers and to maintain our platforms stability and continuity. You will work closely with development teams and product owners to grow our platforms by strengthening our Technical Operations Center with gathering of data and user experience. You will be part of a team consisting of 10 brilliant and passionate colleagues. 

The challenge ahead

You will face a wide variety of work tasks and you workday may differ a lot. This is some of the challenges you might face:

  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve incidents as quickly as possible, ultimately ensuring that we comply with agreed upon KPI´s.
  • Provide prompt, consistent and accurate feedback/reporting to predefined stakeholders, internally and externally.
  • Build surveillance/monitoring systems in parallel to ongoing development
  • Help us create Moments that Matter for our customers by making sure we have the best service available

What we are looking for

To succeed in the role, you need to be an outgoing problem-solver and you thrive in result-oriented environments. You will put your communication skills to the test when communicating with lots of different stakeholders like customer service, system development, different business units and 3rd party vendors.

 Successful candidates also meet the following requirements:


  • Proven working experience in technical support
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge about system development practices, languages and frameworks
  • Passionate and high sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (both English and Swedish)
